Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Restaurant Welcoming Hostess, whose requirements are stated below, to be assigned to our Lujo Hotel Bodrum.

Requirements:

Able to speak at least one of English or Russian languages fluently,

Friendly, well-spoken and attentive to appearance,

Prone to teamwork,

Guest satisfaction oriented, self-confident and responsible,

Developed verbal expression and representation skills, prone to teamwork,

Able to greet guests coming to the restaurant, accompany them to their tables and send them off,

Able to organize reservations for the restaurant he/she is responsible for during the day,

Responding to guest complaints and suggestions in accordance with corporate standards and providing feedback in non-standard situations with the approval of the manager,

Able to answer all questions that may come from guests,
