Job Description & Responsibilities:

To respond to a wide variety of guests requests by accurately assessing the guests needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Lujo policies

To handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests

To respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner

To interact with guest will be in person and by phone

Requirements:

Knowledge of Guest Relations or/and Front Desk Operations with good communication skills,

Speaking, writing, reading English and Russian,

Positive attitude and willing to learn is must,

Ability to give room service or willing to learn,

Ability to work with a flexible schedule, all shifts, weekends and holidays,
