The personal data within the scope of Serkoç Hospitality Tourism Construction Contracting Trade Corporation ("Company") is protected under the Company, which is the data controller. The Company, within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 ("Law"), processes personal data in a lawful manner and ensures its safekeeping using technological and infrastructural means, taking necessary technical and administrative measures.

We process your personal data in accordance with the procedures and principles prescribed in the Law and other legislation. We process your personal data lawfully and honestly, correctly and up-to-date when necessary, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes. We assure you that we will keep your personal data for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, at least until the statutory limitation periods.

MANNER OF OBTAINING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data through the Lujo Career website.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA, PROCESSING PURPOSES, AND LEGAL GROUNDS

Due to the necessity for the establishment of the employment contract aimed to be established between you and the Company and the legitimate interests of the Company, we process your personal data consisting of name, surname, gender, year of birth, Turkish identity number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, driving license status, education status, foreign language proficiency, employment history, ability to travel, working hours, and preferences for working location, computer skills, course, certificate information, and the name and contact information of the reference person shared by you, in order to conduct application processes to find a suitable candidate for the job.

Optionally, we process your visual and auditory recordings through the video you upload for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of the candidate for the position based on the possibility of establishing a contract between us.

The data listed above is sufficient for the evaluation of your job application. If you upload a resume to our company, we kindly ask you to include only the necessary personal data.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE COUNTRY

If you take an evaluation test as part of the candidate evaluation process, your relevant personal data is transferred to the supplier company with whom we have a data protection agreement.

Your personal data is shared with public legal entities such as the Personal Data Protection Authority, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Customs and Trade, Tax Offices, etc., to fulfill our legal obligations or upon request. Within the framework of the obligation of confidentiality, we share your personal data with the law firms and lawyers we receive consultancy from, as much as necessary.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

If you contact us via e-mail, your personal data is transferred to Microsoft's secure servers located abroad due to our use of Microsoft Outlook systems as an e-mail service provider. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your personal data is transferred abroad due to the servers being located outside the country. You can decide on your communication preferences with the Candidate Consent Form provided in the attachment.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data;

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed by the Company and, if processed, to request information regarding this,
You have the right to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
You have the right to know whether your personal data is transferred abroad or domestically and to whom they are transferred,
In cases where your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, you have the right to request their correction.

You can request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data within the framework of the Law. Upon receiving your request, we will select the most appropriate destruction management according to the concrete situation, and you can always request information from us on this matter. In case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request the compensation of the damages.

If you wish to make a request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can submit your application by printing and filling out the application form on the Company's website and sending it by post or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously notified to us and recorded in our system.

We would like to remind you that, in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus protect your rights, additional verifications may be requested. For example, if you make an application through the e-mail address registered with the Company, we may contact you through another communication method registered with us and ask for confirmation that the application belongs to you.
